Displacement types

4 steering modes:

  • STD
    The two front wheels have traction and they are steerable, the rear wheels are fixed. The front wheels are directed by cylinders.
  • STD + 90 mechanical
    4 additional cylinders are added that set the 4 wheels at 90 degrees.
  • STD + mechanical polar
    4 additional cylinders are added that set the 4 wheels at 45 degrees so the unit can move in carrousel (360º polar)
  • Electronic Rotation (Performed with end coders and a PLC)
    • 0º: it is the STD.
    • 90º: 4 wheels are set at 90 degrees and the right-hand ones are steerable
    • 45º: Crab diagonal setting, working in both diagonals
    • Polar: 4 wheels at 45 degrees so the unit can move in carrousel (360º polar)
